وَفِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ

و در اموال آنها حقّی برای سائل و محروم بود!

And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived.
